I'm Funmi Foster, a premium experience photographer who is passionate about capturing images that are more than just beautiful, but that also connect and resonate with you. My goal is to be more than just a photographer for anyone, but rather the photographer for those who want their photos to have a lasting impact or to help tell your story.
With over 20 years of experience in Marketing, including stints in Public Health and Fintech, I've always been drawn to what makes interesting people stand out and what makes others gravitate towards them. It's that certain *je ne sais quoi* that I aim to capture in my photos.
Originally from Lagos, Nigeria, I now live in Atlanta, Georgia with my husband. Photography has been a hobby of mine for 25 years, and it's something that keeps me creative and humble. Thank you for considering me as your personal storyteller!

I'm an entrepreneur, portrait & product photographer, content creator, low-key interior designer, and kitchen/recipe fanatic. Ya know, the modern-day creative woman! I have an intense love for family and travel with a super-strong affection for my friends. These are the things that define me for now. Check back later - it’s highly likely I will add to this list.

My main passion is capturing my clients - YOU - as your best self. I want to showcase your inner persona, your authentic smile, the true you in images that reveal your persona, strength, and emotion. I believe that a picture is the only thing that can stop time - so because of that, helping to boost confidence while capturing your legacy through portraiture brings me great joy.

I truly enjoy photography of all types, food, product, landscapes, you name it - I’ve dabbled in it. However, I am drawn to portrait photography for the untold stories I see. People are intrinsically complicated and to imagine putting all of the emotions and personality of one person into a package and then to snap and print it - well, that’s just magic! Where are you located?

My private studio is located in the historic Cabbagetown neighborhood in Atlanta.

How far in advance should I book my session?

In order to ensure we have adequate time to plan and execute, I suggest booking your session at least 3-4 weeks prior to anticipated delivery date.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I do! I have several options available to provide you an opportunity to work together. We can discuss options that suit your needs on your consultation call.

"I'm very camera shy." "I don't think I'm photogenic."

That's ok! Many of us aren't comfortable in front of a camera, but that's what I'm here for! Through posing, and conversation we find a balance to help minimize the nervousness. Beauty and wardrobe help ease the camera shyness and help make sure we get your best shot!
